How much does it cost?
Our standard hourly rate/fee is R900 per hour.
Why is it so costly?
Please keep in mind that the professional service we offer is highly specialised. Our standard hourly rate of R900 is below all South African medical aids’ Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) rates for psychotherapy. If you have a medical aid your PMB should cover our fee easily. 2023 rates vary slightly from medical aid to medical aid and range from R1135 to R1250 (please consult with your medical aid the exact rate).
How will I know if my medical aid covers the fee?
Simply contact your medical aid on any of the communication channels they list and enquire whether your plan covers psychotherapy. We can also provide you with a pro-forma invoice and the specific codes you need to enquire via e-mail or in person. Email us at if you need more assistance Email us at ggg
What if I don’t have a medical aid?
Rates are the same. You have to pay upfront. We do, however, try our best to help those who cannot afford the service but need it desperately by offering discounted rates. What if I can’t afford it?
